Going to the beach, of course!
Indeed, 300 meters from the Villa Flornoy, you will find the main beach of Pornichet: the beach of Librarians.
With a length of 2 km, this beach of fine sand is ideal to enjoy the ocean! Stands will offer a wide choice of water activities.
The beaches of Bonne Source and Sainte-Marguerite are also to be discovered. While the former is a delight for fishing enthusiasts on foot, the latter offers a charming and discreet setting.
The Customs Trail
The coast of Pornichet offers you nice places to stroll or to hike. The coastal path borders the ocean for 13 km. As you walk along it, you can admire the islands of Baguenaud, the Evens, or the Grand Charpentier lighthouse.
At the end of this path, you will reach the Pointe du Bé, an 18th century district, where you will see pretty old villas and a panorama of the marina.
The racecourse
The Pornichet Racecourse dates from 2011, but races have been held here since 1907!
Modern metal architecture, wooden terraces, a panoramic restaurant, all within a stone's throw of the tracks... What a pleasure to be carried away by the atmosphere that reigns there during horse races!
The racecourse is also a Congress Centre which hosts major events all year round: Wedding Show, Home Show, car rallies, professional gatherings...

The markets
The market Pornichet takes place all year on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Located in the heart of the city, it is a festival of colors and flavors. Fresh produce, flowers, clothing, souvenirs, it is the meeting place for lovers of quality products.
